Dreamer, Giant

A giant mind, a giant myth — FNM explores the great physicist Albert Einstein — with music about him and music from his time. We throw in a couple of surprises to fill out this mind-bending program. Works by Erwin Schulhoff, Anton Webern, and more.

Hungarian String Fling

Be the goulash – put a little more Buda in your Pest. Don’t miss Fear No Music’s 2nd String Fling – Béla Bartók’s 4th String Quartet, works by György Ligeti (composer from 2001: Space Odyssey), plus a wild trip à la Magyar by Northwest composer Greg Bowers.
