The Chamber Music of William Bolcom

March 14, 2003 at 7:30 PM
Kaul Auditorium, Reed College, Portland

As a prelude to Portland Opera’s production of “A View From The Bridge” by Pulitzer-Prize winner William Bolcom, we’ll collaborate with POC artists Carol Lucas and Diane Syrcle in a concert of the composer’s chamber music. Bolcom’s catalogued works contain perhaps more variety than any other living composer.

William Bolcom:

  • Cabaret Songs
  • Capriccio for cello and piano
  • Graceful Ghost Variation
  • Dark Music
  • Piano Quintet
