Cellist Adam Esbensen, a native of Corvallis, has played in the Oregon Symphony since 2003. He is a former member of the Louisville Orchestra and holds degrees from the Cleveland Institute of Music and Mannes School of Music. His instructors include Stephen Geber, Timothy Eddy, and Hamilton Cheifetz. In his spare time, Adam enjoys reading and wandering around Portland looking for the best sushi, especially smoked eel.
